Complaints Procedure

It is our objective to ensure that every client is satisfied with the service they receive at Sheer Laser Clinic.

However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the service you have received or have a complaint about your experience with us, we ask that you follow this procedure, so that we can rectify the situation at the earliest opportunity.

The quickest and most effective way of resolving any issue is to bring the matter to the attention of your practitioner or the Clinic Manager. They will listen carefully to your concerns and do what they can to resolve the matter for you.

If however you feel your complaint has not been resolved, or you do not feel able to raise the complaint in person, you can write to us by post to 17 Church Street, Twickenham, TW1 3NJ or email info@sheerlaserclinic.com.

Please provide as much detail as possible, including full details of your complaint, and the date and time of the relevant appointment or visit. We will acknowledge your written complaint within 2 working days, and respond in full within 20 working days of receipt of the complaint.

We will ensure that all complaints are investigated, documented and where appropriate, action taken to prevent a recurrence.
