GENERAL CANCELLATION & RE-SCHEDULING POLICY
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason and wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact us immediately on 020 3601 7979. In the event that you fail to cancel or rearrange your appointment at least 72 hours before your appointment, we reserve the right to forfeit the treatment from your course of treatments, or charge a cancellation fee equal to the value of the treatment that is being cancelled.
Please be aware, if you arrive for an appointment, and it is considered unsafe to continue your treatment due to recent sun exposure, your skin holding a tan, still having self-tan on your skin, changes to your medications which mean we cannot provide you with a treatment, this will be considered a last minute cancellation and we reserve the right to forfeit a session from your prepaid course, or charge a cancellation fee equal to the value of the treatment that is being cancelled.
BOOKING, CANCELLING, RE-SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
You are encouraged to book your appointments using the “Book Online” button at the top of our website. You will be prompted to pre-pay for your treatment in order to secure the booking. This pre-payment acts as your booking fee and is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Failure to cancel in this timeframe means 100% of the booking fee will be used to cover your cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, you can do so using the link in your confirmation email to manage your booking. If booking an appointment on the telephone, you will be asked to pre-pay over the telephone for the service you are choosing. This pre-payment acts as your booking fee and is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Failure to cancel in this timeframe means 100% of the booking fee will be used to cover your cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, you can do so by calling us on 020 3601 7979. If we are unable to answer, please leave a voicemail to confirm the reason for your call.
If booking an appointment for a treatment that has been pre-paid as part of a package, you will be required to provide a credit card on file via our secure payment system and provide authorisation for a charge to be made for the value of the treatment if you fail to adhere to our policies. If you choose not to provide a card on file, you accept that a prepaid session will be forfeited to cover your cancellation fee.
We provide a text message reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment which will ask you to respond with a YES or NO to confirm or cancel. If we do not get a response from you within 12 hours, we reserve the right to treat the appointment as cancelled. This to avoid you incurring a cancellation fee. You will be notified via text that your appointment has been cancelled, and you will then need to call us on 020 3601 7979 to get re-booked back in.
We hope you understand that our appointments are limited and we constantly endeavour to accommodate appointments for all of our clients at the times and days most convenient to them and therefore it is important that we limit last minute cancellations and disruptions to the diary to allow us to provide the service that we do.
